Dr. Wistrom and Lila, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received during a recent visit to your office. As a visitor to the area, I unexpectedly experienced significant facial swelling stemming from a dental abscess. The necessity of an abscess removal and root canal was understandably concerning, but your team’s professionalism and kindness eased my anxiety considerably. From the initial consultation to the completion of the procedures, the entire staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, thoroughness, and helpfulness. I especially want to commend Dr. Wistrom for your expertise and compassionate approach. Your knowledge and reassuring demeanor created a relaxed and comfortable environment, which greatly contributed to a positive experience during what was otherwise a stressful situation. All the staffs were very friendly. I was greeted with a smile. All pertinent information regarding my procedure was provided in writing as I requested. Lila and Dr. Wistrom were extremely patient and professional. I highly recommend their services.
